Focus will be 1/2 skills and 1/2 scrimmage.

Skills Will include: Skating/Strides, Passing & receiving, offensive & defensive concepts (channeling, checking, triangle work, offensive plays)
Game play time will allow participants to put their skills and new knowledge on display.

Defensive strategies including body positioning, channeling and dominating the triangle.
Rules of Ringette as well as 30 minutes of gameplay in each session

This camp is all about 3on3, 4on4 and 5on5 game play scrimmages. Get back your hand-eye co-ordination, timing and conditioning. Format will be 5 min warm up & 55 min intersquad scrimmage.
